The investigation into a missing Monterey man has turned into a possible criminal investigation.
Putnam County Sheriffs Department and local citizens have been searching for Arnold Chigger Vaughn Jr since July 31. He was last seen at his home on July 27th.
Sheriffs Department officials would not comment on why the department’s work has turned into a possible criminal investigation.
The 57-year-old Vaughn is 5-7 with reddish hair and blue eyes. If you have any information on his whereabouts, contact the Putnam County Sheriffs Department. A reward is being offered
