This Week: Tech Trustees Examine Student Code Changes

The Tennessee Tech Board Of Trustees will consider changes to the student conduct code as well as Title IX compliance during its Tuesday meeting.

Trustees will get an update on the campus COVID-19 response. In addition, the president’s evaluation will be considered. Meetings begin Tuesday morning and will be streamed via the Tennessee Tech website.

Dekalb County Commissioners Monday night will consider appointing two judicial commissioners. These commissioners issue criminal arrest warrants. Commissioners will also consider raising the pay for the positions. Meeting time set for 6:30pm Monday night.

Cookeville City Council expected to continue its work on the so-called panhandling ordinance. City council will hold its meeting at CPAC Thursday night at 5:30pm.

The Putnam County School Board meets Thursday at 5pm. A work session is scheduled to follow. City of Sparta Board of Aldermen meets Thursday night.
