Over 45 Percent Of Putnam Voters Voted Early Or By Mail Ballot


Over 45 percent of Putnam County’s registered voters have voted early or sent in an absentee ballot.

About 20,000 votes have already been counted with zero precincts reporting results from Election Day. Almost 48,000 residents are registered in the county.
