Overton Asking For Help Locating Runaway Teen

The Overton County Sheriff’s Department is asking you to be on the lookout for a runaway teen.

Sheriff John Garrett said sixteen-year-old Amanda Bolden was last seen Thursday at a foster home in Overton County.

“There is a possibility that she may have ties or may be traveling to residents in the Crossville area in the White County Sparta area,” Garrett said. “It appears she has quite a few ties down there.”

Bolden is 5’4″ and 128 pounds. She has dyed black hair and blonde highlights with blue eyes. Bolden has gone missing four times, but Garrett said this does not change how the department investigates the situation.

“The best thing to do is for everyone remain vigilant and take notice of the release,” Garrett said. “If somebody does see her or does have information, please call you local authorities.”

If you have any information of Bolden’s whereabouts, call (931)-823-5635. Bolden has been registered in the National Crime Information Center, so all law enforcement agencies have details of the case.
