Jackson County Health Department Offering Preferred Route For Vaccinations

The Jackson County Health Department is asking residents to take a different route to help with COVID vaccine traffic.

The health department is asking residents getting vaccinated to use the Free State Road end of North Murray Street. The health department will be on residents left hand side, vaccinations and testing will be under the red drive-thru cover.

The Jackson County Health Department said this will help prevent the road from becoming blocked, especially when school buses need to use the road. When exiting the health department residents should take North Murray Street towards Gainesboro.
