A speeding stop led Algood Police to the arrest of a local man on at least seven charges.

Police tried to stop Bobby Harville after his motorcycle was observed traveling at a high rate of speed on Wall Street. Police reports said the cycle came to stop at 139 East Wall Street and Harville fled on foot.

Officer Brandon Bean chased Harville and took him into custody. The officer found the man in possession of some three grams of Methamphetamine.

Harville was driving on a revoked license, revoked in 2006.
