JC Utility District Sending Water Samples To Get Boiling Lifted

The Jackson County Utility District has water supplied to all residents except on Big Branch Lane.

The Jackson County Utility District is pulling water samples today, and expects to have results within 24 hours of delivery. The utility district said that if all samples come back negative, the boil notice could be lifted as early as tomorrow afternoon.

However, the Jackson County Utility District is reporting this morning that a leak at Mabry Nursing Home has caused more outages. This leak is affecting customers on Celina Highway and Big Bottom Road.

If any residents are still out of water at this time they need to contact the office at (931) 268-2880.
