Development of Monterey’s Meadow Creek Park master plan will begin this May after the Board of Aldermen approved the contract Thursday.
Urban Planning Firm Olin Studios out of Philadelphia offered the town a discounted rate of $15,000. Cultural Administrator Rafferty Cleary said the 20 week process will start on May 3rd with site visits starting the following week.
