Traffic remains backed up at least 10 miles along I-40 westbound Thursday afternoon after a fiery crash this morning.
The accident happened near mile marker 275. One person has died. It closed the west bound lanes towards Nashville for several hours.
Multiple vehicles and at least one tractor trailer were involved in the accident.
