Crossville-Cumberland Co. Chamber Of Commerce Turns 60

The Crossville-Cumberland County Chamber of Commerce will celebrate its 60th anniversary on Tuesday.

President Ethan Hadley said the chamber will observe the milestone with members and local businesses on Thursday.

“At the Historic Depot in Crossville, we have a weekly Thursdays at the Amp concert series, so we’re going to combine that into a pro-longed celebration that day,” Hadley said.

Hadley said the chamber has a long history of helping small businesses. Hadley said it is anything from supporting pro-business legislation to finding COVID relief funding.

Hadley has served as president for about a year. Hadley said in that time frame, the responsibilities of the chamber have not changed, but membership has. Hadley said as the pandemic inches to an end, the goal is to grow numbers.
