A Cookeville man killed and one woman left in critical condition after a Tuesday night motorcycle accident on West Jackson Street near Buffalo Valley Road.
Thirty-One-Year-Old James Austin was driving westbound on West Jackson with 30-year-old Megan Massa as a passenger. A truck attempted a left turn into a gas station when the two vehicles collided.
Austin died from the accident while Massa was critically injured and flown from the scene by helicopter. This crash remains under investigation by the Cookeville Police Department.
