CRMC Project COVID Trends To Remain Steady For Next Couple Months

Cookeville Regional Medical Center project current COVID trends to remain steady over the next two to three months.

CEO Paul Korth said that the hospital has seen a significant decrease in COVID patients that have been admitted to the facility.

“Internally, we’re probably thinking that the numbers were currently at, which have hovered around 20 to 25 for a couple of weeks now,” Korth said. “We’re anticipating that to probably be the same numbers over the next 60 to 90 days.”

According to the state’s data from Tuesday, Putnam County active COVID cases sit at 183. Korth said that the hospital does not currently plan on changing hospital protocols as of now.
