Putnam County 911 has received multiple reports of Verizon Wireless outages in the area.
They are reporting no known cause being reported to Tennessee 911 centers. Other carriers being affected is unknown.
911 is not impacted if the subscriber’s phone can get a reliable signal. Putnam County 911 said to make sure residents have a way to contact 911 if needed.
