TTU President Expecting Enrollment Increase For Fall Semester

Tennessee Tech enrollment is expected to increase next school year according to President Phil Oldham.

Oldham said the launch of the Presidential Scholars Program played a big role.

“We’ve seen a significant increase in the number of applications this fall for next year for incoming freshman, and the number of admitted students has increased substantially,” Oldham said.

Oldham said the university has already awarded over 1,500 scholarships through the new program. Oldham said the new Trailblazers student group and marketing efforts also played a role in more incoming freshmen.
