White Co. Sheriff Suspects No Foul Play In Missing Teens Case At This Time

The White County Sheriff’s Department is planning to sweep the area of Calfkiller River where the car of missing teens Erin Foster and Jeremy Bechtel were found.

Sheriff Steve Page said that they plan on returning to ensure they’ve gotten any possible remains left.

“To be honest, I suspect there to be as much there as what we’ve already found,” Page said.

Page said that the department is still processing the remains already found. He said that the car has been fully processed and will remain in the Sheriff’s possession until all other leads have been fully exhausted.

Page said that while foul play cannot be ruled out, they do not expect there to be any. He said that the department has been in close contact with the families as developments continue.
