Putnam Commissioner Terry Randolph resigned his 5th District seat Friday.
According to Mayor Randy Porter, Randolph sold his house and has bought another home in a different district. The vacancy will be on the agenda for discussion at the December 20th commission meeting.
The commission has 120 days to fill the seat.
