Allen Jimerson located alive and safe after being reported missing since Sunday.
Algood Police Chief Dale Armour said Veterans Affairs contacted the department of Jimerson’s whereabouts Wednesday. The Cookeville veteran checked himself into a South Carolina hospital.
Armour said the family has been notified. Algood PD recognizes the family and Officer Brandon Bean for their efforts that led to locating Jimerson.
