The Overton County Fair Board is currently seeking bids to upgrade their food booths.
Vice President Rithia Winningham said that in addition to updating it, the work will also beautify their fair.
“I think it will improve them quite a bit,” Winningham said. “There won’t be as much to clean up when we do our fair things like that will help enclose our buildings.”
Winningham said that right now, they are looking for contractors to submit bids. She said that once bids are submitted, they are hopeful to get the project completed before the fair this July.
