Flood advisories were issued for the majority of the Upper Cumberland Tuesday, but emergency agencies report minor flooding.
Clay, Jackson, Pickett and Putnam Counties experiencing puddling in low lying areas. Majority of roads remain unaffected.
Heavy rainfall earlier on Tuesday did cause some flash flooding. Putnam County EMA Director Tyler Smith said some flood prone roads were covered, but quickly drained as the rain lessened.
