The Putnam County Planning Commission gave conditional preliminary approval to a subdivision on Window Cliff Road.
The plat will have to come back before the commission once the lots are properly marked and surveyed. Engineer Patrick Rinks said he was concerned with the slope of the lots and wanted further information.
The proposed subdivision includes 22-lots. Planning Director Kevin Rush said that will likely decrease once the land is surveyed.
