PCSO Seeking Public Assistance On Missing Baxter Woman

The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office seeking public assistance in locating a missing Baxter woman.

Sheriff Eddie Farris said 46-year-old Lori Ann Hicks was reported missing by family Tuesday but was last seen in the county on September 2nd.

“48 hours is a pretty good standard before we start sending things out to the public for notification,” Farris said. “Since no one has actually seen her in the area since September 2nd, that is concerning.”

Farris said the case is being treated as a welfare check. Farris said criminal activity is not suspected. Farris said Hicks has openly talked about moving to Florida, so that is where she may be located.

Hicks is a white female standing at 5’3″ that weighs about 130 pounds. She has dark hair and hazel eyes.

Farris said she could possibly be driving a blue 2023 Jaguar with Tennessee tags. If you have any information of her whereabouts, contact the Sheriff’s Office.
