Mustard Seed Ranch Hosting Annual Virtual Fundraiser

The Mustard Seed Ranch hosting its annual virtual fundraiser Thursday night to fund the construction of two homes for neglected children.

Director Tammy Hogan said people can tune in to a 30-minute program to learn more about the mission. Hogan said the story of a 17-year-old girl named Jordan will be the spotlight.

“Jordan is just a beautiful young woman who has endured a tremendous amount of lose in her life at a very young age,” Hogan said. “She lost both of parents at the young age of seven. This is just a beautiful story.”

Hogan said the majority of the children cared by the ranch were born as addicts, experienced great loss or were abused. Hogan said through the fundraiser, supporters will get an inside look as to how the non-profit has supported and healed over 60 children since it began in 2009.

“It’s so critical for our supporters to understand what we do,” Hogan said. “We provide a loving, christian home for our children. Mustard Seed Ranch was created with the simple idea of providing a loving family environment and home for children to be safe and secure and grow into the person that they should become. Jordan is the epitome of what I just said.”

Hogan said the program will go live at 700 p.m. Thursday night on the Mustard Seed Ranch’s Youtube channel or social media. Hogan said thanks to anonymous individuals, every dollar raised up to $100,000 will be matched.
