A three-year-old Cookeville boy was life-flighted to Vanderbilt Hospital Monday night after being hit by a car.
According to a preliminary report from the Tennessee Highway Patrol, a 17-year-old Buffalo Valley juvenile was traveling east on Highway 70 near Falcon Point when the 3-year-old ran across the road into the vehicle’s path.
The driver and his 16-year-old passenger of Hickman, Tennessee did not sustain injuries.
