Algood Wine Referendum Passes With More Than 70 Percent Of Vote


Unofficial results from Putnam County Elections indicate Algood residents have voted in favor of a referendum allowing the sale of wine in grocery stores.

The referendum passed with 70.2 percent in favor. 29.7 percent of voters were against the referendum.
