A Putnam County man arrested in Knox County, charged in the rape of a child under 13.
James Coley is also charged with one count of aggravated sexual battery and one count of solicitation of a minor. Coley was arrested Thursday as the result of a several-month-long investigation.
Coley has a bond of $1.5 million.
