Tennessee Tech’s Student Orientation, Advisement and Registration (SOAR) program will kick off its first session Thursday.
The program is for all first-time freshmen and will help provide information to help with the transition to campus, review and finalize information about students’ academic major, and share more about Tech’s student life.
The two-day session is required and students must attend all of the scheduled events in order to receive their fall schedule. There are ten other SOAR programs scheduled throughout the summer for students to attend. The final session is July 31st to August 1st.
