Putnam County Sheriffs Department asking for your help in the search for a missing Cookeville woman.
Melinda Crawford was last seen at her home on Hawkins Crawford Road June 29. A family member reported her missing July 5. She is listed as a white female with dark hard, 5 feet, 1 inch tall, weighing some 101 pounds.
Sheriffs officials said Crawford might be seeking assistance from a local church or charitable organization.
