Tennessee Tech preparing to address wi-fi issues across campus.
The Board of Trustees heard complaints from student trustees over the last several meetings, including poor wi-fi service at the Library.
In a statement, the university said enhancements have been made to the system as students return for the spring semester.
“Tennessee Tech University is pleased to provide high-speed wireless internet to students, faculty, and staff across campus through the EagleNet WiFi network,” the Statement said. “Based on feedback from the campus community, enhancements have been made to EagleNet ahead of the spring semester. The University remains committed to continuously improving network performance and services to support student success.”
University officials would not answer questions about the wi-fi issues.
