A joint investigation by TBI and the Fentress County Sheriff’s Office has led to the arrest of a Jamestown woman in connection with a residential fire that occurred Thursday morning along Wright Place Road.
59-year-old Regina Owens Scroggins was arrested after investigators determined that Scroggins intentionally set the fire while the homeowners were still inside.
Scroggins has been charged with two counts of aggravated arson. Scroggins has been booked into the Fentress County Jail and is being held without bond.
