Austin, Templeton Face Independents For White County


District Two White County Republican Commissioner candidates TK Austin and Bill Templeton each receiving 50 percent of the vote will advance to face Indpendents Erick Dildine, Ronnie Miller and Javier Ortiz in the August General Election.

Republican Sheriff candidate Steve Page will advance to face Independent Daniel Trivette in August.

District One Republican County Commissioner candidates Daniel Keith receiving 36 percent of the vote and Cain Rogers with 63 percent of the vote will advance to August and face Independent Chris Brewington.

District Three Republican Commissioner candidate Becky Golden will advance to August to face Independents Willard Greene and Emory Thompson.

District Four Republican Commissioner candidate Edward Newport will advance to face Independent John White.

District Five Republican candidate Dana Teeple will advance to face Independents William Randolph and Megan Dodson.

District Six Republicans Bryan Cole with 38 percent of the vote and Derrick Hutchings with 61 percent of the vote will advance to August to face Independent Janett McElheny.

District Seven Republican Commission candidate Tracy England Fowler will advance to face Independents Andy Davis and Jonathan Howard.

School Board District Five Republican candidate Jerry Kelsey will face Independent William Thompson in August. School Board District Six Independent candidate Chandel Thorpe will be unopposed in August. School Board District Seven Independent candidate Kenneth Liner will be unopposed in August.
