The Crossville Planning Commission approved preliminary site plans Thursday for a 190,000-square-foot commercial development on Genesis Road.
The complex is designed to house five major anchor stores along with several smaller retail buildings.The planning commission reviewed the plans during its monthly meeting before granting approval. The development covers multiple acres.
Tenants for the five anchor positions and smaller buildings have not yet been named.
