Six Million Dollar Fraud Sentencing Set For October

The sentencing hearing for a Jamestown pharmacist found guilty on federal fraud charges has been moved to October.

Phillip Hall submitted more than $6 million in false claims to Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE and Blue Cross Blue Shield. U.S. District Judge Eli J. Richardson accepted Hall’s plea during a February 6 hearing.

Hall will be sentenced October 5. His sentencing had been set for this month.
