The Cookeville Board of Zoning Appeals approved an 8.5-foot variance Thursday for the restaurant chain In-N-Out Burger at 1120 South Willow Avenue.
A DMG representative presented site plans for the development along with the setback adjustments needed for the project. The board reviewed the requests during the Thursday meeting.
The approved variance allows the developers to accommodate a bypass lane.
The adjustment will also allow for the restaurant’s canopy structure.
