The TBI investigating a Pickett County shooting that led to the death of an individual in the 1000 block of Parker Road.
Law enforcement searching for Jesse Phillips, believed to be in the Clinton County, Kentucky area. Pickett County officials reaching out to the Clinton Sheriffs Department, after Phillips’ truck was found in the area.
Phillips believed to have shot a Pickett County man in the chest and fled. He faces second degree murder charges.
The victim transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead. The identity of the deceased individual has not yet been released.
Phillips is a white male who is 5’11” and weighs 215 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. Phillips has a half-barbed wire, half tribal tattoo on his left arm, a skill tattoo on his right upper arm and an “outlaw” tattoo on his right elbow.
The shooting happened Wednesday.
